We've been enjoying our first real hot, sunny weather of the year here in Medicine Hat. For a city that is in semi-arid desert, we sure have gotten a lot of precipitation in the last year. Today was the perfect day for making Orange Julius' and sitting out on the deck.
Combine & process on high speed in a blender until ice is crushed:
- 6 oz. frozen pulp-free orange juice concentrate
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 - 1/2 scant cup of white sugar (this means that you can use any amount from 1/3 to just shy of 1/2 cup, depending on how sweet you want it.)
- 12 ice cubes
